Hi Thats Nice Chef

That makes sense to start simple and move forward. I guess also a good place to start is with one of my favorite recipes and use the thermomix with the easy parts first.

Thanks heaps tmrc_emoticons.smile

Hi Leone

Try start to use the thermo as a bowl to "mix" or "combine" ingredients as you would a normal bowl.

Then advance to the features of chopping warming and cooking and soon in no time you will develop confidence of your own recipes.

The more you use it the better you get at it.

I am developing my own recipe of vol au vent fillings something simple. From there I plan to progress.

Good luck tmrc_emoticons.smile

Hi all

I have been using my Thermomix since Sept 16 and whilst I have had great success using receipes from the books and web, I'm not really confident in making my own receipes from scratch. Any tips?

I work fulltime, have two grown up children and one cheeky 1 year old grandson. I want to get the most out of my machine.

I'm sure everyone out there in thermoland has some great tips and ideas they can share with me. My new years resolution is to use this forum at least twice a week, please join me lol

Otherwise the silence will be deafening! Nothing sadder than posting stuff to myself lololololol tmrc_emoticons.smile

Regards

Leonie
