What recipe are you following? How long was the icecream initially frozen for? Did you place the icecream back into the freezer? Could the temperature of the kitchen be affecting the result?

I tried to make chocolate ice-cream but it just goes running as soon as I take out of freezer. Do you need to use the butterfly whisk?
