For this recipe to work you really need to source the dried split mung beans. You sould be able to find them at most Asian stores.

Looking to make Bahn Cam (Sesame Balls) from Cookidoo.com.au It asks for dried split mung beans.... I have only been able to find them in their unsplit form. Should I soak them as per instructions and then just remove the skin before continuing on or should i do some thing else?
