i am wanting to try and make apple slice but how do i warm butter in TM and how long for.

If you want to melt butter, chop it into cubes and add it to the TM bowl, 2-3 mins, 50 C, Speed 2.  Should do it for you.  If you want to cream butter and sugar, then I let my butter soften on the bench thatn add it in.

If you need soft butter quick, the best thing to do is grate it. Softens in no time
