Thanks for your post. There are steaming instructions on page 36 of The Basic Coobook you would have received with your Thermomix. This should help you out as it lists a variety of vegetable, times etc on steaming them.

Hi, newbie here. Apologies if already covered, can't find a post. I just want to know how to steam vegetables eg, carrot, broccoli, and corn. I assume I have to put water in the jog and use varoma but don't know the quantity of liquid required or how long to steam for. We like our vegetables still rather firm. Any help appreciated.
