Ingredients

Chicken Pasta Bake

  • 1200 g Boiling water
  • 500 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 400 g pasta, dry
  • 100 g cheese
  • 40 g Butter
  • 500 g Milk
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • breadcrumbs, (optional for topping)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add boiling water to the mixing bowl. Place the Varoma dish in position and add chicken. Cook 10 min / Varoma / speed 2.
  2. Remove Varoma and stir the chicken.
  3. Add pasta to the mixing bowl. Place Varoma back in position. Cook 10 min / Varoma / reverse blades / speed 1.
  4. Drain pasta and add to a dish with chicken. Cover to keep warm.
  5. Wash and dry mixing bowl.
  6. Add cheese to the mixing bowl. Grate 5 sec / speed 7.
  7. Add butter, milk, flour, salt and paprika to the mixing bowl. Thicken mode / 100°C
  8. Pour over chicken and pasta and stir to combine. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake 180°C for 15 mins.

Tip

Easily make gluten and/or lactose/dairy free by changing the pasta, flour, cheese and milk types.
