- Add 1 chicken breast, cut into 3 cm pieces, to mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides and set aside.
- Add remaining chicken breast, cut into 3cm pieces to mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5.
- Add reserved chicken breast, 1 egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, grated parmesan. Knead on
"Dough mode" for 1 minute, or until just combined. - With wet hands (re-wetting hands as needed) shape into nuggets and place onto lined baking tray. Put tray into freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, beat together remaining egg and milk. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl or dish, mix together flour and baking powder and remaining salt, paprika and garlic powder.
- Preheat oven to 210°C. Lightly grease a baking rack.
- Take the tray out from the freezer. Working quickly so they hold their shape, carefully dip each nugget into the egg mixture and then the flour mixture. Place nuggets onto the greased baking rack.
- Spray nuggets with oil. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Tip
You can use partially frozen chicken breast as it minces a little easier.
You could also cook these nuggets in your airfryer instead of the oven.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
