- 150 g rolled oats
- 330 g Milk
- 190 g Greek yoghurt
- 50 g chia seeds, black
- 70 g Maple syrup

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add walnuts to bowl, chop on speed 3 for 3 seconds. Remove to bowl for later.
- Add diced pears to bowl, chop on speed 4 for 5 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl, including walnuts, and mix "Gentle stir setting" for 2 minutes
- Spoon into 4x 300ml mason jars (or whatever) and store in the fridge.
