Hi all. I did the fatal mistake of not reading ahead and I don't have coconut sugar? Any ideas about what to use as a substitute? I have shredded coconut, brown sugar, rich brown sugar, white sugar ..... I'm making the Magic Bean Chocolate Cake. Thanks in advance.
