I eat a mainly PALEO diet meaning no grains, legumes, dairy or sugar. I do have cheat days (sometimes more often than others) but if I'm looking for something sweet I try to use other sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar instead of refined white sugar or even raw sugar.
A lot of recipes I used before I had my Thermomix came from PALEO websites so my contribution to this Recipe Community will be about making those recipes "Thermomix Friendly". Stay tuned!!
