I am a frustrated cook who needs more time to do other things, mainly my writing, but working 7-3 most days and commuting 2 hours a day can drain a person.
So having such a great tool in the kitchen to do most of the grunt work is absolutely fantastic.
Some recipes don't translate to the TX but at least you can do all the prep in the TX and then cook it conventionally... Most of my normal recipes I've been able to changed to purely TX but the ones I haven't, have had the prep time significantly reduced.
