For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Mill white sugar 10sec, speed 9.
2. Add Strawberry & Cream Baileys and Malibu into bowl and mix 20sec, speed 8. Ensure MC is in!
3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

Tip
You can swap Malibu for Vodka.
You can add cream when you add the alcohol to make it go further or pour over iced milk in a tall glass.
Garnish with strawberries.
