For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add all the ingredients into the mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of water then mix together 30 sec on speed 5.
Then increase speed to 8 for 10 more seconds or until the consistency is smooth.
Serve in a bowl on it's own or with whipped cream.
Perfect for school lunchboxes or as a snack before or after a workout. Keeps well in fridge for 3 days.
