For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation
- Add all dry ingredients to bowl and blitz 10 seconds at speed 7. Repeat if you prefer a smoother finish.
- Add condensed milk and juice. Mix 20 seconds at speed 5.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before rolling heaped teaspoons into balls and coating with the extra coconut.
