For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and set 20 seconds/speed 5.
Scrape into a jar. I use a pastry brush to get it all out.

Tip
Use 2 Tbsp per 1/2 cup of sour cream for dips.
Mix 1 Tbsp with 3 Tbsp oil and brush over potatoes before roasting.
