For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl."Counter-clockwise operation" "Blend" 10 mins/120C/sp 1. If needed, add time. To avoid spices getting damp, leave out the measuring cup.
- Let it cool down slighty. Insert measuring cup, mill "Blend" 1min/speed 10. Repeat if necessary. Transfer to airtight container.

This can be used to imitate Baba's curry powder by mixing garam masala with chilli powder and turmeric powder with ratio of 2:2:1.
