      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Chop the ingredients ready for Bread or Biscuits
  1. 1.  Add all ingredients that have been roughly chopped to the TM bowl. Add the dashes of balsamic vinegar, and the dashes of EVOO, with the salt & pepper, to taste.

    2. Mix 3-4 sec spd 4 to 5.

Tip

Don't cut your vegetables too small, there maybe nothing left to serve on your bread.  

If this does happen, add it all to a mince beef or chicken pieces, cook for 15 mins, 100c, spd 2 on reverse and serve with pasta!!
