If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a baking tray with glad bake and preheat oven to 160 deg fan forced
Place egg, flour, vanilla and nuttella into bowl and blend 5 seconds speed 4
Then in dough mode 30 seconds
The dough will be little chocolate balls - scoop a soup spoonfull and roll in your hand to shape a ball, flatten slightly and press a pecan to the top - makes 16
Bake 15 mins or untill edges are firm but the centre still slightly soft, let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack
