Tip
This is such a simple dish. It's a great alternative to the usual chips and dip. But be careful, it is so moreish.

This was a fail for me but that’s because I didn’t have some of the ingredients. I used peanut oil, I had mustard out on bench but still forgot to use it and I didn’t have the cream of chicken soup so I used Chicken noodle soup packet mix. It took all of my Nutri Grain and I had to (un)shell my peanuts myself, so obviously I didn’t use as many as 375g. Maybe it would have been better (for me) without the curry powder and with both peanuts and cashews combined, but I was eating this at 9pm so not good.
