For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    How to:
  1. Rinse coleslaw and add to with green onion, water chestnuts and garlic. Chop 3secs/sp52.

Set aside in a colander, sprinkle with 2 tspns of salt and leave to drain for 10 minutes.

    3. Add the pork, ginger, soy, cornflour, sesame oil and soy sauce to the 4. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the drained coleslaw mix and return to the Closed lid

    5. Blend 30secs/sp4.5/, using your spatula if necessary to assist.

    6. Holding a wonton wrapper on your hand, add a tspn to the centre.
Fold into a triangle or whatever shape you like. Make sure you squeeze out all the air and press tightly to seal.

    7. Add a few at a time to a pot of boiling water/broth. Boil until they rise to the surface, then boil for a further minute.

    8. Drain and serve with dipping sauce (whisked together)
