If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.     Place green chiles in TMX bowl and mince 5-7 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the bowl.

    2.    Add cream cheese, cut in half and blend 20 seconds / speed 5. Go for extra time, if any lumps of cheese apparent.

    3.     Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas, about the same thickness as the tortillas themselves.

    4.     Cut tortilla in half and roll up from cut side.

    5.     Slice roll into 4cm sections.

    6.     Lay spiral flat on a serving tray, or skewer a toothpick through an avocado cube and through the spiral for a little pizzazz.
