That's how it works

The idea of the recipeworld career is to acknowledge user activities which help to further expand this community. All your activities in the recipe community will be rewarded by points. By achieving a certain amount of points, you will automatically move up to the next rank. The number inside the apron next to your username tells you which rank you are currently at.
