  • 100 grams lentils, drained and rinsed

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Add all ingrediants into Closed lid.

     

    2.  Cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees,  speed 1.5.

     

    3.  Once cooked, puree for 1 minute starting on speed 5 and gradually increasing the speed to 10.  Continue for longer if there is still noticeable lumps.

     

    4.  Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for future feeds.

Tip

Feel free to get creative with different vegetables that your little one loves! Sweet potato, broccoli and/or cauliflower are all great alternatives!
