  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100 grams thickened cream
  • 10 grams Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch parsley

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Add prawns, garlic and parsley to Closed lid. Chop on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

     

    2.  Add eggs, cream, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to the Closed lid. Combine for 30 seconds on speed 3.

     

    3.  Pour mixture among 4 ramekins and place in varoma.

     

    4.  Steam for 25 minutes, varoma (steaming) temperature on speed 2.5.

     

    5.  Top with grated cheese and place under grill for 5 minutes until cheese is golden. This step is entirely optional!
