  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g vegetable oil
  • 60 g Milk
  • 200 g Flour, Plain, Half can be substituted for wholemeal flour
  • 2 heaped teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 g dark choc chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 160 degrees celcius. Spray and line loaf tin

    Peel 3 bananas and place in Thermomix with raw suger.

    Speed 5 for 3-5 secs.

    Add eggs, oil and milk.

    Speed 5 for 3-5 secs. Scrape down sides.

    Add flour and baking powder.

    Speed 5 for 3-5 secs. Scrape down sides. Repeat if not thoroughly mixed.

    Add choc chips.

    Speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation 2-3 secs.

    Pour into loaf tin add bake 55-60 minutes.
