Choco-nutty Protein Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

  • 80 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 90 grams rolled oats
  • 70 grams Peanut Butter, or other nut spread
  • 45 grams honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Mesquite Powder, or any other protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut, plus extra to coat balls
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 8 medjool dates pitted
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grind chocolate pieces for 10 seconds, speed 10

     

    Add oats, chia seeds, salt, dates, mesquite powder, cacao and coconut and mix for 10 seconds, speed 5

     

    Add peanut butter and honey and mix for 20 seconds, speed 4

     

    Squeeze 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball and roll into shape. Do the same with remaining mixture

     

    Coat balls in extra coconum if desired

     

    Store in the fridge
