Chocolate fudge biscuits

  • 220 grams milk coffee or arrowroot biscuits
  • 85 grams Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams honey
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams sultanas

Icing

  • 225 grams icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 20 grams Butter
  • hot water
  • sprinkles to decorate

Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. 1. Crush biscuits, 10 sec speed 9. Set aside

    2. Chop sultanas, speed 6, 5 secs.

    3. Add all other ingredients (except crushed biscuits) to bowl and cook 90 C, 10 min speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation

    4. Add crushed biscuits and mix 10 secs speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix a further 5 secs speed 5.

    5. Spread in baking paper lined 18 x 18 cm tin and chill til set.

    6. To ice, melt butter, add icing sugar and cocoa and enough hot water to make spreading consistency. Spread over set biscuits and sprinkle to decorate.

    7. Cut into small sqares and enjoy.
