- 200 g Butter, (cubed)
- 4 eggs
- 125 g raw sugar
- 100 g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160. Place 12 paper baking cups into a muffin pan.
Put dark chocolate chips and butter into TM bowl and heat for 4 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 2 - or until chocolate and butter have melted and combined.
Remove chocolate mixture from TM bowl and set aside. Rinse and dry your TM bowl.
Place raw sugar into TM bowl and mill for 3 seconds on speed 9. Insert butterfly and add eggs. Whip for 3-5 minutes on speed 4 or until pale and thick.
Add the flour and baking powder to TM bowl and combine for 5 seconds, speed 2. Pour chocolate mixture into TM bowl and mix for an additional 15 seconds, speed 3 or until well combined.
Spoon mixture into the cupcake papers and bake for approx 20 minutes. The cupcakes will be soft and gooey in texture and appearance. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes in pan before removing them and allowing them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Once completely cool, decorate with your choice of frosting.
Can be store in the refridgerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Also suitable for freezing.

My 9 year old daughter and I made these cupcakes and decorated them with chocolate buttercream frosting to take for her classmates to celebrate her birthday. Very happy with them. Quite easy to make. Only filled up half the cupcake wrapper as they rise when baked.

These are delicious, mine didn't sink in the middle but did lower slightly when coming out of the oven, this doesn't worry me as they are yummy and moist and converted to gluten free easily!

Baked 24 for my sons' birthday to take to school. We loved them! but might be a bit strong if you don't love chocolate. After have a batch of overflowing cupcakes I only filled up the papers alittle over 1/2 way & they baked perfectly for icing.

What a fabulous recipe ... SO delicious. I topped them with lemon cream cheese icing and they wer amazing. Kids said they were the best cupcakes they've ever eaten! I used Lightgouse Cake flour .. Maybe that helps the magnificence!!
