  • 200 grams cream
  • 160 grams sugar
  • 170 grams Self rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease and line a cake tin preheat oven to 180

    Place eggs, cream and sugar into bowl mix 20 sec/speed 5

    Add flour mix 15 sec/speed 5

    Add water 5 sec/speed 5

    Pour into cake tin place in oven and cook 25-30 minutes until an inserted 

    skewer comes out clean.

    Allow to cool in tin for 5 min before transferring to a wire rack to cool

    Once cool you can top with whipped cream chocolate and/or strawberries.
