TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I made this recipe because I had 3 egg whites to use up. It sounded interesting so I thought I'd give it a go. I didn't read the recipe properly and instead of adding the chololate melt into the middle of the mix I accidently blended my white chocolate melts into the whole mix and formed small balls and baked. Luckily, It turned out great. Next time I will do the same and decrease the sugar because they are very sweet.
