its a very sweet biscuit but very addictive!
Can add caramel choc chips or any choc chips to top.
Also you can sandwich together with nutella.
Can freeze.

I only added about 60g of brown sugar. Still too sweet (because of the syrup). I think next time I’ll use caster sugar, even though no caramel taste/just normal biscuit then.

Soo yummy! I like a chewy biscuit so cooked for 10 mins had. Crunchy edge and chewy centre. I also added Choc chips. Yummmmm
