      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, sugar and vanilla to jug. Mix 20 seconds/speed 6

  2. with motor running on speed 4, add eggs 1 at a time through hole in the lid. Around 30 seconds

  3. add milk and flour and mix 20 seconds/speed 6

  4. spoon mix into cupcake tin and let mix rest while pre heating oven to 170 degrees

  5. bake cupcakes 20 minutes on 170 degrees, or until risen, golden and cooked through
