So easy and delicious. I use wholemeal flour and 40g of honey and use a level teaspoon to mesure the mixture. It makes 72 little bicuits at 34 calories each. Nice to make for school lunch boxes.

Tasty biscuits. Based on previous reviews, I reduced sugar to 100g and they were plenty sweet enough, however next time I might try 80g of sugar and 40g of honey as the honey was so subtle tasting and I'd like it more noticeable. As per another reviewer, mine did not spread at all (perhaps in my instance that is to do with the reduced sugar I used?) they just puffed upwards so I had to flatten them all really, really flat (which meant I lost the lovely crackle look on top). (For the record, I used Capilano Low GI Honey)

I've made these before and are my favourite go to recipe for the honey flavour is amazing g plus the ho way flavlur and adding choc chips or what ever made into jam drops etc.. but my question is how well does the dough freeze to then thaw out at later date and bake more.. if the dough freezes and thaws well I'd have several batches ready to bake them..
