Healthy Museli Bars - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • 40 g water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 400 g rolled oats
  • 100 g Apricots (dried)
  • 100 g sultanas
  • 50 g dried cranberries (crasins)
  • 50 g dates, pitted
  • 250 g liquid, Water or juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add Water and chia to small bowl to soak for 5min.

    2. Weigh in all other ingredients into TM bowl.

    3. Add chia mix to bowl

    4. Optional : ADD 2-3Tbls of Superfoods for Kidz "Berry Choc Chunk" powder to mix for extra flavour

    5. Mix ingredients 30sec/sp5-6

    6. Scrape down sides and mix on Counter-clockwise operation for few seconds /sp4. (Could add some choc chips at this stage if your diet allows)

    7. Place baking paper on large tray or line a slice tin. Place mixture onto tray and form into a rectangle shape, making it 1cm thick all over

    8. Cook in pre warmed oven at 180deg for 20-30min (20 is usually fine).

    7. Allow to cool and slice into museli bars with a pizza cutter or long knife.

    8. Store in airtight container in pantry or fridge for 3 or so days.
