  • 4 apples, Pealed and diced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 180 grams Butter
  • 200 grams sugar

      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel and dice apples sprinkle with 2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tsp sugar and set aside in a bowl.

    Add 180g butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp Vannilla essence, 200g Sugar, 1 egg and cream Blend30 sec speed 6

    Add 195 g flour, 1 tsp Baking powder and Blend45 sec, speed 6 scrape down the sides of the bowl and prolong mixing if needed.

    Add set aside apple Counter-clockwise operationspeed 5, 45 sec use spatula throught he lid to make sure all the apples combine into the cake batter, prolong mixing if needed.

    Remove and press into greased/lined baking tin Bake @ 200c for 45-50 mins (or use the sensor)

    Optional - Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon over the top before baking.
