If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 140 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Add egg whites to bowl with butterfly attachment in place. Set time to 3 minutes and speed 3.5, I should be stiff peaks and glossy.
- Add 1 cup icing sugar and the vanilla, set time to 4 minutes and speed 3.5. After 4 minutes it should be stiff and glossy. Add the other 1 cup or icing sugar and set time to 3 minutes speed 3.5, after the timer it should be stiff peaks and glossy.
- Seperate into bowls, depending on how many colours you have chosen and fold in your colours. Place a piping bag with nozzle in place in a bowl or glass and fold down sides. Layer your colours on the side of the bags and pipe onto the parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 hour (depending on oven), leave in oven for 10 minutes and then serve or place in airtight container.

What type of colours did you use? I made these yesterday and the colours looked great until they cooked, went they all melded into one. Yours look amazing!
