- 100 g Butter
- 65 g honey
- 40 g Peanut Butter
- 85 g Dates pitted
- 50 g dried figs
- 50 g dried apricots
- 50 g almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g dessicated coconut
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g pepitas
- 200 g rolled oats
- sesame seeds for sprinkling on top

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place butter, honey, peanut butter and dates into TM bowl.
Chop 10secs/speed 5.
Melt 6 mins/varoma/speed 2
Add figs, dried apricots and almonds to bowl.
Chop 10 secs/speed 8. Scrape down.
You may need to repeat this for a finer texture.
Add cinnamon, coconut, sunflower seeds, pepitas and rolled oats.
Mix 10 secs/reverse speed 3. Repeat till mixed in.
Press into a slice tin - 270 x 180 mm (approx.).
Bake on 180 degrees for 20-30 mins or until browned.
Leave in tin till cool, then slice into fingers.

Tip
For nut free, omit peanut butter and replace with golden syrup (although it would no longer be sugar free) and replace almonds with other seeds.
