If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 190 C and line a cookie tray.
Add Butter and Sugar to the TM Bowl. Cream together 40 secs / Speed 5.
Scrape down the sides of the TM Bowl.
Add Vanilla and Eggs to TM Bowl. Mix 15 seconds / Speed 4
Add Dry ingredients to TM Bowl and combine 20 Seconds / Speed 4 or until incorporated.
Form into balls and roll in extra sugar.
Place on cookie sheet with enough room to allow spreading.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
Allow to cool on cookie tray.
