Slutty Brownie

  • 150 grams Butter, room temp
  • 75 grams caster sugar
  • 125 grams Sweetened Condenced Milk
  • 225 grams SR flour
  • 250 grams milk choc bits
  • 250 grams White Choc Bits
  • 1 Batch Chocolate Brownie Recipe of choice, (see notes)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix cubed butter and sugar together 20secs/speed 4

  2. Add flour and condensed milk, mix 10secs/speed 5

  3. Add choc bits and mix 7 secs/speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation

  4. Press dough mixture into the base of a lined baking tray and layer with oreo cookies. 

  5. Top with Chocolate brownie recipe of choice and bake for 40-50mins at 160C
