- 75 grams Natvia, or other sugar replacement

- 100 grams coconut oil
- 120 grams Almond milk
- 160 grams GF Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 70 grams Noshu choc chips, optional
- 160 grams Almond Flour

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, Grease muffin tins.
Blitz orange & sugar (Natvia) 10sec sp 8. Add egg, oil, milk and mix 5sec,sp 5.
Add gf flour and Almond Flour, Baking powder & Baking soda, mix 5sec, sp5
Add choc chips if required & mix on reverse to incorporate.
Cook 20-25min. Cool on wire rack

They are delicious & moist with a lovely orange flavour. They are not exactly Lo Carb, but they are slightly better for you than the original recipe. A beautiful quick easy muffin that is sure to impress
