  • 35 g rolled oats
  • 300 g apples, (approx 3 small), quartered
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 40 g raw sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put Macadamias, oats and apples into TM bowl,

    chop for 20 seconds on speed 8.


    Add the rest of the ingredients,

    Mix for 30 seconds on speed 5.


    Cook like any other pancakes in a pan.

Tip

For a dairy free version make 'nut milk' first. Add 60g nuts (cashew, macadamia, sesame seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds etc) bowl and mill 10 speed 8. Add 300g water and blitz 90 sec speed 9. No need to strain.

    Yum!! I didnt have enough apple so added in banana and pear to make up the difference and omitted the sugar, delicious! and the batter was perfect for cooking. Going to give them to the toddler for brekky with some greek yoghurt on top tmrc_emoticons.)
