      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • These were yummy - we could

    Submitted by kristynpaul on 4. February 2016 - 14:53.

These were yummy - we could hardly wait for them to cool down a bit, they smelt so divine! I didn't have enough sultanas, so I made up the weight with currants. I also didn't have any bread improver but they turned out fine. What is the purpose of bread improver anyway?

  • i made the mistake of not

    Submitted by JulieB64 on 25. March 2015 - 13:02.

i made the mistake of not using reverse speed when I added the sultanas and they chopped up as a result. I think this May have also affected the texture as they are a little dense. Lovely flavour though and I will make them again.....reading the instructions correctly!!
