Ingredients

18 portion(s)

  • 200 g almonds
  • 120 g pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 20 g water
  • desicated coconut, (optional for rolling)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almonds into bowl Closed lid and mill 1min/Speed 9

    Add chopped dates. vanilla essence and cocoa powder and mix on Speed 4/ 20 seconds

    With blades rotating add drops of water through the hole in the lid until mixture starts coming together

    Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls and refrigerate until firm.

Roll Brownie Balls in desiccated coconut if desired
