Eve's Chocolate Custard
- 500 g Milk of choice, (eg full cream milk, coconut milk, almond milk)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g Rapadura Sugar, (or Coconut Sugar), you can adjust quantity to taste
- 20 g tapioca starch, (or arrowroot starch)
- 20 g cacao powder, raw
- 1 heaped tsp vanilla extract, (or vanilla bean paste)

Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
- 2. Start Thicken "Thickening" 80°C. Pour into serving containers or bowls and serve.
