Chocolate Crackles
- 30 grams Puffed rice
- 60 grams coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
- 2 heaped teaspoons cacao powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon Carob Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, (may be omitted)
- 70 grams cacao butter

Recipe's preparation
Add coconut flakes into mixing bowl and shred 10secs/sp.9, set aside
Add coconut palm sugar into mixing bowl and mill 60secs/sp.9
Add cacao butter into mixing bowl and melt 3-5mins/37'C/sp.2 (duration will depend on room temperature at the time)
Add puffed rice, coconut, cacao powder, carob powder and cinnamon (is using) into mixing bowl and mix 5-10secs//sp.3-4
Spoon into mini silicon cupcake moulds or cupcake cases and refridgerate until set (roughly 60mins)
