If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Bring water to a boil. 5mins 100°C speed 1. (Can use kettle if easier)
- Place dates into "Closed lid" and leave to soak for 5mins or until soft. Once complete, drain water from the "Closed lid"
- Add your remaining ingredients to the "Closed lid" and mix for 20 sec speed 4.
- Divide mixture and roll into balls. (If mixture is too soft, place in the fridge for 15-20mins before rolling)
- Coat bliss balls in cacao or coconut
