For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients, except rose water and orange blossom water.
15 min 90 * Speed 4
Add rose and orange blossom water during the last 5 minutes.
Pour into a medium size tray
Allow to cool down before refridgerating overnight.
Decorate with pistachios, cut a slice and Enjoy!

Tip
Dont fret when after 15 minutes it hasnt thickened. You must allow to cool completely prior to refridgerating.
