Bliss balls
- 1 Rind of preserved lemon, Chopped finely
- 1 tsp Liquid from preserved lemons
- 50 g raw cashews
- 50 g raw almonds
- 50 g pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 60 g Desiccated Coconut
- 30 g Maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- Desiccated Coconut, For rolling

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients to TM bowl.
- With dial on closed lid position "Closed lid" , press turbo for 1 second. Repeat.
- Scrape down bowl. Repeat step above to combine mixture.
- Add dessicated coconut to a plate. Using wet hands, roll dough into bite-size balls and then roll in coconut to cover.
- Keep in fridge and enjoy!

Tip
Preserved lemons can be made and kept in fridge until needed. Also good for Moroccan cooking. Adds a lemon taste without the tartness. Instructions can be found here: http://nourishedkitchen.com/morrocan-preserved-lemons/
