- 4 mangoes, peel and pip removed
- 2 Limes, juice only
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g cream
Recipe's preparation
1. Place mango and lime juice in TM bowl, puree for 5 seconds, speed 8.
2. Add condensed milk and cream, beat for 1 minute, speed 4. Divide mixture evenly between 10 dariole moulds and freeze for 2 hours.
3. Insert wooden icy pole sticks into dariole moulds and freeze for a further 4 hours before serving.

This was super yum! I halved this recipe and froze the mixture in an ice cream container which worked fine, just need to get it out of the freezer about 10 minutes before you want to eat it so it softens a little.
