Tip

This is the sorbet that I made at my Christmas Cooking Class. It was received so well, that I thought I had better share it, to bring you all a little festive 'spirit'. Enjoy and Merry Christmas

  • I made this last night - it

I made this last night - it was dreadful. Next time, I would definitely peel all the limes. The instructions should state this as it's undrinkable/inedible with all the skin/pith in the sorbet. Adding a shot of vodka did not make it any better!  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Hi just wondering if you peeled the 8 limes before you put them in. I have been asked to do this at a demo so just wondering. Thanks
